The Main Objective of This Organization
The main objective of this organization is that our sustainable growth and social development will only occur when our Naidu community members, who are engaged in trade and industry, work together.
Education and Skill Development Training:
We will conduct monthly trainings and seminars for our community members to improve their performance.
Naidu Industrial and Trade Association,
Assisting members in their business development.
Creating understanding among business people.
Helping to identify profitable and broad market areas for manufactured products.
Taking up business as a priority for the people of our society is a fundamental part of development.
Providing advice on starting a business.
Helping to create business structures.
Providing advice on obtaining government benefits, bank financial assistance, and subsidies,
Helping to communicate with e-commerce companies.
Providing comprehensive export-related advice.
To work in partnership with other industry associations and institutions to promote all progress.
Supporting medical health awareness, community welfare, and environmental protection awareness.
We will strengthen the unity and economic structure of our nation through the business of our members.
A consultative meeting of administrators and management committee members is held weekly.
At this meeting, if members report any difficulties related to their work, suggestions will be provided on solutions.

With the guidance and supervision of the Governing Body,
The Naidu Industrial and Trade Association holds 12 events a year, including skill development training and special programs for members.
Trainings for the year 2025 – 2026 will be conducted on the following topics with relevant experts.

Enterprise Management
Additionally, three special events are held annually with the cooperation of all members of our Naidu Industrial and Trade Association.
Our members visit and visit large companies or factories belonging to our ethnic group.
One-day seminar on entrepreneurship
Celebrating the grand festival of Ugadi with our community.
A special meeting of the Naidu Industrial and Trade Association is held once every three months under the chairmanship of the Steering and Governing Council.
Administrators and members of the executive committee will participate in this and submit a report on the work and budget they have done in the past three months through the secretary.
They will review the Steering and Governing Body report, point out any shortcomings in it, and outline the necessary steps for carrying out the work to be done next.
The tasks to be carried out for the next three months will be submitted to the Governing Council through the Executive Committee Chairman for guidance and action based on their advice.
